The “bomb,” a machine invented by Polish mathematician Marian Rejewski in the early 20th century, used a series of cylinders that, despite spinning at different speeds, would align to decode a message.
What if our life were a rotor among other rotors — each different yet unique — and the ultimate meaning of the universe flowed through us, creating a constant, ever-moving stream destined to be revealed only in a supreme alignment, hidden from individuals but complete in its totality?

As parts of a larger, ever-evolving picture, our existences spin and align, each with its own size and peculiarities, contributing to a shared meaning.
At the same time, a fleeting part of ourselves — a connection to the whole — runs through us like invisible threads, weaving the fabric of time and space.

TIME/REJEWSKY is a body of iterative art, composed of six series of works – five digital and one physical – generated by a custom algorithm specifically designed for the project.
Each series consists of 25 pieces, carefully selected from a much larger generated pool.
Every series is defined by a set of base parameters that, within certain margins of variability, mutate and evolve throughout the generative process itself, in strong parallel with the ever-changing flow of events that shape each of our lives, and each iteration is accompanied by a short phrase, and the spirit of each series is summarized in a brief poem, both generated by the script itself.
